If you have a question about tutoring, onboarding, or an existing enquiry, please get in touch.
If you have any questions, please get in touch. Pick the channel that fits best and include enough context for us to help first time: the student’s subject and level, whether you are looking for online or in-person support, and any deadline you are working towards. Families looking for a tutor usually get the quickest answer by email, text, WhatsApp, or Messenger. Tutors who are part way through onboarding should use the vetting inbox so documents, DBS queries, and profile checks reach the team handling those workflows.

A short, specific message helps us route your enquiry properly. Parents and students should tell us the subject, level, preferred lesson format, rough availability, and whether the support is urgent. Tutors should include the email address used on their application, the stage they have reached, and any document or DBS reference that helps us find the record. Schools, partners, press, and business contacts should use the business enquiry address so the operational team can respond directly.

Please only share information that is needed for us to understand the enquiry. It is fine to describe learning goals, timetable constraints, access needs, or safeguarding context in broad terms, but we will ask for any sensitive details through the right channel if they are needed. We use contact details to respond to your enquiry, support tutor matching, manage onboarding, or maintain an existing tutoring relationship. We do not need payment card details, passwords, or unnecessary identity documents by ordinary email.
Use our Find a Tutor page to browse available tutors, compare profiles, and message the ones that look right for your student. You can include the subject, level, exam board, availability, and any learning preferences in the enquiry form so the tutor has a useful starting point before replying.
