Olivia Tasker

Olivia tutors of all areas of Biology. She obtained a First Class Biology BSc from Queen Mary University of London and a Postgraduate Certificate in Life Sciences from The University of Bristol, during the first year of her PhD.

Olivia approaches all students with enthusiasm, support and positivity. She makes her classes engaging, encourages questions, curiosity and ensures concepts are fully understood. She then applies this understanding to answer those all-important exam questions. She is great at helping students with study skills, time management and organisation.

She has taught in London secondary schools, she works as an Exam Invigilator and also has experience with primary aged children. She lived in Italy as an Au Pair with a family of two children. She speaks Italian, too!

Olivia Tasker is a UK-based biology tutor who supports students across Key Stage 2, Key Stage 3, GCSE and A Level Biology. She holds a First Class BSc in Biology from Queen Mary University of London and a Postgraduate Certificate of Science in Life Sciences from the University of Bristol, completed during the first year of her PhD. She also achieved an A in A Level Biology.

Olivia tutors across all areas of Biology, with a focus on building secure understanding before translating that knowledge into confident, exam-focused answers. Her lessons are designed to be engaging and supportive, with plenty of encouragement for questions and curiosity so students feel comfortable tackling tricky topics.

Alongside subject teaching, Olivia can help students strengthen study skills, including time management and organisation (including A Level study skills support). She has taught in London secondary schools, works as an Exam Invigilator, and also has experience with primary-aged children, including time spent living in Italy as an au pair. She speaks Italian as well.

Olivia charges £30.00 per hour. Lesson reports are provided after each session, and homework can be arranged free of charge.
