How quickly will you reply?

Most matching requests receive a response during UK working hours (Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00). Requests submitted in the evening or at the weekend typically receive a shortlist by the next working day.

Is there an obligation to book?

No. The matching service is free and you are under no obligation. Latimer charges per-lesson only after you book a tutor and have your first session.

Can I see profiles before submitting the brief?

Yes — visit Find a Tutor to browse and filter every available tutor. The matching request is for parents and students who would prefer Latimer to do the filtering.

What if I need a tutor today?

Tell us in the brief that you need to start immediately. We’ll fast-track suitable tutors with current capacity, and reply via WhatsApp if you’d like the quickest channel.
