What we do with your request
We use your contact details and any optional tutoring information you share to respond to your enquiry and look for suitable tutors. We do not pass your contact details to tutors until you decide who to message. See our Privacy Policy for other uses of contact details. If you change your mind, reply to our email and we will close the request.

How quickly will you reply?
Most matching requests are reviewed during UK working hours (Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00). If suitable tutors are available, our team will reply with options and explain the next steps.
Is there an obligation to book?
No. The matching service is free and you are under no obligation. Latimer charges per-lesson only after you book a tutor and have your first session.
Can I see profiles before submitting the brief?
Yes — visit Find a Tutor to browse and filter every available tutor. The matching request is for parents and students who would prefer Latimer to do the filtering.
What if I need a tutor today?
Mention the deadline in the optional note so we can check current capacity. If a call is easier, include your mobile number as well.
