Biography
David is a composer, orchestrator, performer and teacher, living and working in the United Kingdom. He has worked extensively in writing, orchestration and score preparation for a wide variety of Films, TV shows and Games, and composes and arranges a large amount of concert music.
He currently lives and work in Wiltshire, England, after having spent five years as Composer-in-Residence at Wycombe Abbey School Changzhou, in China, where he worked closely with pupils and the school ensembles to arrange and compose new exciting works for the school and the wider community to enjoy. He now teaches an array of disciplines, both remotely and in-person, spanning from saxophone and composition to Music Theory and Music A-Level.
He studied composition with Richard Barnard in his youth, and subsequently with Julian Philips at Guildhall school of Music in London, where he studied for his Bachelors degree in Composition.
