Growing up in a migrant family who moved to the UK from Holland in 2006, Motasim values education’s role in building confidence. His love for Mathematics began early, shining at GCSE, A-Level, and continued throughout his degree. This journey has made him more passionate about making Mathematics approachable for students to achieve their potential.
Motasim has an autistic non-verbal younger brother who he works with to help communicate. This has helped enhance his adaptability skills and patience, when working with special needs children.
