About Thuvaa
Thuvaa Parameswaran is a second-year Economics undergraduate at Durham University with a strong passion for education and helping students realise their academic potential. He began tutoring in 2020, initially supporting students from underprivileged backgrounds with 11+ preparation to help them secure places at top grammar schools.
Since then, Thuvaa has expanded his tutoring to include mathematics and science at GCSE and A-level, with a particular focus on helping underperforming students build confidence and achieve the grades they need for their chosen next steps. He takes a patient and structured approach to teaching, tailoring lessons to each student’s learning style and breaking down complex topics into clear, manageable concepts.
