Riyen Patel

Riyen is a Dental student at the University of Birmingham with extensive tutoring experience across KS2, KS3 and GCSE. Having achieved nine grade 9s at GCSE and three A* grades at A Level in Mathematics, Biology and Chemistry, all with AQA, he has a strong understanding of both subject content and exam technique. He also achieved a UCAT score in the top 5% of medical and dental students in the 2022/23 academic year.

Riyen takes a flexible, student-focused approach, adapting lessons to each learner’s strengths, weaknesses and learning style. He breaks complex topics into clear, manageable steps before reinforcing understanding through worked examples, exam-style questions and targeted practice. He places particular emphasis on exam technique, helping students interpret questions, maximise marks and develop confidence.
