Biography
Vikram tutors Maths, Further Maths, Physics, and Chemistry from KS3 to A Level. He has a confirmed place to study Physical Natural Sciences at Queens’ College, Cambridge, after achieving 4 A*s at A Level, including 97% in Maths and 96% in Further Maths. He also placed in the top six nationally in selection for the UK International Olympiad on Astronomy and Astrophysics team, and is currently undertaking a six-month research placement at CERN on the CMS muon detector upgrade.
Vikram has experience in both one-to-one tutoring and classroom teaching and has consistently helped students achieve the highest grades, including an AS Further Maths student who improved from C to A and a GCSE Physics student who improved from 7 to 9. His lessons encourage open problem-solving and use analogies to build intuition. He aims to help students become confident tackling unfamiliar questions and, ultimately, develop the skills to learn new concepts independently.
