Compare it with the tutor’s recent experience of your paper, what a normal lesson includes, whether attempted answers can be reviewed, how feedback works, and whether the tutor has useful availability before your sitting. A higher rate does not automatically mean a better fit, and a lower rate does not establish weaker support.
